Customer and Staff Safety is our utmost priority. We have established rules to maintain a safe shopping and work environment.
- Everyone in the store must wear a mask.
- Plexiglass reduces exposure at checkout.
- Please maintain 6ft distance from other staff and guests.
- We have a maximum capacity for the store, so during busy times you may be asked to wait outside until other customers complete their shopping.
- We ask that everyone uses hand sanitizer upon entering the store.
- Children are encouraged to us a "finger pointer" to reduce the temptation for young hands to touch surfaces in the store.
- Parents must maintain control of children, and are responsible for the products that they touch.
- We offer curb pickup and shipping options if you would prefer not to shop in the store for any reason.
Gift cards are a great option if you are not sure exactly what to gift.
- Oodles 4 Kids gift cards purchased prior to 2021 will not be accepted or redeemed.
- Digital Gift Cards purchased online will be emailed automatically to the purchaser - then they need to be forwarded to the recipient. At this time there is not a way to automatically send the gift card to the recipient.
- If you're ordering online, please order a DIGITAL gift card to immediately forward to your recipient, or order a PHYSICAL gift card if you would like us to mail a card with a note directly.
- Both digital and physical gift card codes may be used BOTH online and in-store. (Yay!)
- Oodles gift cards are unable to be returned and are non-refundable. Gift cards are to be treated as cash and cannot be reissued if misplaced. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
We are happy to offer complimentary gift wrap for purchases made in our store. With the exception of special events, we will wrap gifts while you wait. We do ask that you allow for additional time for gift wrap, as we may need to ring up other customers before wrapping gifts. But we do promise our signature gift wrap will be joyfully received by the recipient. *Please add in notes during online checkout if you would like us to gift wrap purchases.
Our store is located in the picturesque Pacific Northwest in the magnificent state of Oregon. We do not have Sales Tax in this state. And at this time, we are not required to collect taxes for purchases made from other states. A little gift from us to you, from the great state of Oregon.
We offer complimentary shipping for purchases over $100. We also have a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping of purchases under $100. Some items will have additional shipping charges or will not be able to be shipped because of their oversized nature, and we will do everything we can to note that on specific items. Please contact us if you have any special shipping requests or need your purchase in a hurry.
Our return policy helps to ensure our customers are only purchasing new and quality products, and to protect our small, independently-owned business.
With your original receipt, most (some restrictions apply) unopened, unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged merchandise in the original packaging and in sellable condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase date for a full refund in the original form of payment.
Without an original receipt, we may be able to locate details on your purchase. If not, and we do in fact currently sell the item, we will return the item and provide a store credit for the current selling price of the item. Returns received after the 14-day return period are accepted at our discretion.
Returns made with a gift receipt are not restricted to the same timeline, but all other condition rules must be met.
Defective merchandise should be brought into the store and we can assess on a case-by-case basis. At times, it may be required that an item is returned directly to the manufacturer.

Online orders are subject to the same return policies from the date of receipt. customers must pay for return shipping any any additional shipping costs for exchange, unless merchandise is defective. For everyone’s safety, all candy product and anything considered a personal product is final sale and not eligible to be returned.
